Embark on an incredible whale watching adventure from Manuel Antonio to the renowned Marino Ballena National Park near Uvita, a true gem on Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast!
Your journey begins with a scenic one-hour drive south from Manuel Antonio. Along the way, your knowledgeable guide will share fascinating insights about the charming coastal towns and beautiful beaches of Dominical, Matapalo, and Uvita. Once we arrive at Marino Ballena National Park, you’ll board your comfortable boat for approximately three hours of exhilarating exploration. We’ll navigate the stunning coastline, actively searching for majestic humpback and pilot whales, often with their calves during migration, as they follow the warm waters of the Central Pacific. Keep your eyes peeled for playful dolphins too!
As we cruise, you’ll also marvel at unique natural wonders like the striking Roca Ballena, the intriguing Las Cavernas in front of Playa Ventana, and the picturesque formations of Roca Viuda and Tres Hermanas. If conditions are right, you’ll even have the chance to jump off the boat for a refreshing swim or a bit of snorkeling in the clear waters.
This tour is your perfect opportunity to witness incredible marine life and explore the breathtaking coastal beauty of Costa Rica.
